On April 7, 2021, Defendants Angelo Marchese and PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, filed a motion to dismiss (Docket Entry No. #13 ). The motion to dismiss is reserved for a ruling until resolution of the issue of remand and the motion filed by Plaintiff. Defendants Angelo Marchese and PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, shall have until May 7, 2021, to file a response to the motion for remand. Plaintiff shall have fourteen days after Defendants' response is filed to file a reply. Defendants are permitted to file a sur-reply within seven days after the reply is filed.
