ORDER: Nicholas Pillows, an inmate of the Riverbend Maximum Security Institution in Nashville, Tennessee, filed this pro se action under 42 U.S.C. 1983 against TDOC, Michael Keys, G. Firestone and R.M.S.I. (Doc. No. #2 ). He also filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis. (Doc. No. #1 ). However, this Court cannot process Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis without further action on his part. In order to proceed, Plaintiff is DIRECTED to do one of the following within 30 days of entry of this Order: either return to the Court a certified copy of his inmate trust fund account statement for the 6-month period immediately preceding the date of the entry of this Order, as required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2), unless no such account is maintained by the facility in which Plaintiff is incarcerated; or submit the full civil filing fee to the Clerk of Court.
