ORDER: Plaintiff Michael Tangredi Boileau, a Tennessee resident, filed a pro se Complaint under 42 U.S.C. 1983 against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and six other Defendants. (Doc. No. #1 .) Plaintiff also submitted an application to proceed as a pauper. (Doc. No. #2 .) Because the application does not give a sufficiently clear picture of Plaintiff's income or expenses, the Court cannot yet make the required "undue burden" determination. The Court, however, will allow Plaintiff to provide additional information. To do so, Plaintiff MUST submit an amended application to proceed as a pauper within 30 DAYS of the date this Order is entered on the docket. Plaintiff should follow the instructions on the application and attach additional pages if needed to provide complete explanations.
