ORDER APPOINTING CJA PANEL ATTORNEY AND DIRECTING U.S. MARSHAL TO SERVE SUBPOENAS AT GOVERNMENT EXPENSE: IT IS ORDERED that Stephanie Ritchie Mize, Esq., Clarksville, TN, is hereby appointed to represent Petitioner, Marquis Brandon. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall issue subpoenas upon oral request and submission of prepared subpoenas by Appointed Counsel. ORDER: Before the Court is Petitioner's Motion to Vacate his sentence (Doc. No. #1 ) in criminal case number 3:15-cr-00088-3. Accordingly, the Court APPOINTS the Federal Public Defender to represent Petitioner. On or before August 13, 2021, appointed counsel shall file an amended petition on behalf of Petitioner. On or before September 27, 2021, Respondent shall file a response to the amended petition in accordance with Rule 5 of the 2255 Rules.
