ORDER: Although the new IFP application was not filed by the deadline the Court established, in the interests of justice, the Court hereby VACATES its dismissal Order (Doc. No. #7 ) and reopens this case. Petitioner's IFP application demonstrates that he has sufficient financial resources to pay the five-dollar habeas filing fee. Accordingly, Petitioner's IFP application (Doc. No. #8 ) is DENIED. If this action is to proceed, Petitioner MUST submit payment of the five-dollar filing fee within 30 DAYS of the date this Order is entered on the docket and must designate that payment for this case, No. 3:21-cv-00524.
