ORDER: On December 22, 2021, Plaintiff filed a new Complaint and in forma pauperis application under this case number. (Doc. No. #12 , #12 -1.) The Court infers that Plaintiff seeks reconsideration of the dismissal of this case. Because Plaintiff has not adequately explained her failure to comply with the Court's Orders or eligibility for relief under Rule 60(b), the request for relief from judgment is DENIED. Plaintiff is reminded that the Court dismissed this case without prejudice. Thus, subject to all applicable rules and statutes of limitation, Plaintiff may bring a new complaint in federal court concerning these matters. ORDER DISMISSING CASE: In response to the Court's September 8 Order, Plaintiff submitted a five-page Amended Complaint with attached exhibits. (Doc. No. #10 .) However, a comparison readily indicates that, except for minor formatting changes and occasional light editing, the Amended Complaint is substantively similar to the Complaint. The largely-unchanged Amended Complaint is still impermissibly speculative. In addition, this action is subject to dismissal for want of prosecution because the Court does not discern any serious attempt by Plaintiff to comply with the Court's September 8 Order.
