August 20, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER: As the Court explained in the first case, there is a $402.00 filing fee to initiate a civil case in federal court. (Case No. 3:21-cv-00554, Doc. No. #5 at 1.) First, Plaintiff MUST put the proper case number on every filing he sends to the Court. Second, Plaintiff MUST sign every filing he submits to the Court. Third, Plaintiff MUST file a Notice informing the Court if he is intending to proceed with just the first case (Case No. 3:21-cv-00554), or both the first and second cases (Case Nos. 3:21-cv-00554, 3:21-cv-00623). Fourth, for each case Plaintiff intends to pursue, Plaintiff MUST either pay the full filing fee or submit a properly completed IFP application. The Clerk is DIRECTED to mail Plaintiff two blank IFP applications (short form). Fifth, for each case Plaintiff intends to pursue, Plaintiff MUST file a single controlling complaint that complies with the guidance set forth above in the "Complaints" Section. The Clerk is DIRECTED to mail Plaintiff two blank Complaints for Violation of Civil Rights (Prisoner). Plaintiff's Motion for an extension of time to comply with the Court's previous instructions (Case No. 3:21-cv-00554, Doc. No. #7 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiff MUST comply with all of the instructions in this Order within 30 DAYS of the date this Order is entered on the docket. Signed by District Judge Eli J. Richardson on 8/20/2021.
