ORDER: On November 3, 2021, Plaintiff mailed a change of address notice that was received by the Court on November 8, 2021. (Doc. No. #8 .) Plaintiff thereafter contacted the Clerk to express concern that he had not received the Court's November 1 Order. On November 9, 2021, the Clerk mailed copies of the November 1 Order and its attachments to Plaintiff's updated address. Finding no indication of bad faith in this mail-related delay, the Court will allow additional time for Plaintiff to receive and respond to the Court's November 1 Order. Accordingly, Plaintiff's responsive submissions MUST be received within 45 DAYS of the date this Order is entered on the docket. Failure to comply or request a further extension of time by the deadline will result in dismissal of the Complaint. Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). Signed by District Judge Eli J. Richardson on 11/10/2021.
