Filing 7 ORDER: Before the Court is a pro se complaint for alleged violation of civil rights pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983 (Doc. No. #1 ), filed by Jamarris Lewis, Donald Doss, and Hamid Houbbadi, three inmates of the Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, Tennessee. Plaintiff Lewis also filed an application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). (Doc. No. #2 .) Lewis's current IFP application is not supported by a certified trust fund account statement confirming his poverty during his previous six months of incarceration. That application (Doc. For this action to proceed, each Plaintiff MUST submit either (1) a completed and properly supported IFP application, including the certified statement of account history described above, or (2) his share of the $402 filing fee ($134 each). Signed by District Judge William L. Campbell, Jr on 12/3/2021. (xc:Pro se parties by regular mail along with a blank IFP application for each plaintiff.)
