Filing 6 ORDER: Accordingly, the Clerk SHALL consolidate the above-captioned cases under Case No. 3:21-860. The Clerk SHALL place a separate copy of each docket entry from Case No. 3:21-861 on the docket of Case 3:21-860. The parties are directed to make all future filings under Case No. 3:21-860. The Clerk SHALL close Case No. 3:21-861 for administrative purposes, and no filings shall be made or docketed thereunder. Accordingly, the plaintiffs MUST submit a single amended complaint in Case No. 3:21-860. The plaintiffs MUST also submit an amended in forma pauperis application. Accordingly, the plaintiffs' pending applications (Case No. 3:21-860 (Doc. No. #2 ); Case No. 3:21-861 (Doc. No. 2)) are DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to the submission of an amended application in Case No. 3:21-860. The plaintiffs' submissions (i.e., the amended complaint and amended in forma pauperis application) must be received by the court within 30 DAYS of the date this order is entered on the docket. The Clerk SHALL mail the plaintiffs a blank long-form in forma pauperis application for non-prisoners and complaint for violation of civil rights (Pro Se 15).
