MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER OF THE COURT: Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order #6 will be granted via a separate Temporary Restraining Order wherein the Court order will order the following relief (consistent with Plaintiff's proposed TRO at Doc. No. [7-1], which the Court finds to be appropriately tailored in scope), subject to the posting of a bond. The Court therefore will require Plaintiff to post security in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), in a form satisfactory to the Clerk of Court.
