March 2, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER: (from Criminal case 3:17-cr-124-01, DE#2073) On February 16, 2022, the Court set a briefing schedule and appointed the Federal Public Defender to assist Defendant in preparation of a motion to vacate under 28 U.S.C. 2255. (Doc. No. 2066). However, the Court inadvertently entered that order in Defendant's criminal case. Accordingly, the Clerk's office is directed to open a civil matter under 2255 and file the following documents therein: (1) the Courts February 16, 2022 Order (Doc. No. 2066); (2) this Order; (3) Defendant's pro se Motion for Appointment of Counsel (Doc. No. 2052); and (4) Defendant's Memorandum in support of that motion (Doc. No. 2053).
