No. #5 .) The plaintiff, however, has not responded in any way by the deadline. Furthermore, the existing complaint is subject to dismissal because it fails to satisfy the requirements of Rule 8(a). Filing 5 ORDER: The plaintiff's application (Doc. No. #2 ) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to the filing of an amended application. The plaintiff MUST either (1) submit an amended in forma pauperis application that contains more complete answers, or (2) pay the full $402.00 civil filing fee to the Clerk of Court. The plaintiff MUST submit an amended complaint that puts the defendants on notice of the legal basis of each claim and includes factual allegations sufficient to demonstrate a plausible right to right to relief that rises above the speculative level. The court must receive the plaintiff's responses within 30 DAYS of the date this order is entered on the docket.
