April 8, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER: Jennifer Montejo, a pro se federal prisoner, filed a motion under 28 U.S.C. 2255 (Doc. No. #1 ) to vacate, set aside, or correct a sentence previously imposed by this court. As her only ground for relief in the Section 2255 motion, the movant asserts: "Violation of rights. Lawyer refused to help me." (Doc. No. #1 at 3.) If the movant intends to assert a claim other than the claim identified by the court, or if the movant would like to otherwise clarify the Section 2255 motion in any way, the movant may file an amended motion. For this purpose, the Clerk is DIRECTED to mail the movant a blank Section 2255 Motion (Form AO 243). The movant must file any amended motion within 30 DAYS of the date this order is entered on the docket.
