Filing 7 ORDER: On 4/20/2022 the Court ordered Hamontree to, within thirty days, submit an Amended Complaint #6 . Hamontree has not responded by the May 20 deadline. This action is, therefore, subject to dismissal. However, in an abundance of caution, the Court will allow Hamontree a second opportunity to comply. Accordingly, within 20 DAYS of the date this Order is entered on the docket, Hamontree MUST submit an Amended Complaint as previously ordered. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of this action. Signed by Chief Judge Waverly D. Crenshaw, Jr on 5/31/2022. (xc: Pro se party by regular mail.)
