Filing 7 ENTRY OF JUDGMENT re: #6 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER (xc:Pro se party by regular mail.) (ln) |
Filing 6 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court construes Plaintiff Randall Shannon's filing as an application to proceed as a pauper, and that application (Doc. No. #5 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiff is ASSESSED the $350.00 filing fee. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send a copy of this Order to the South Central Correctional Facility. This action is DISMISSED for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted under Section 1983, and the Court CERTIFIES that an appeal in this matter would not be taken in good faith. Therefore, Plaintiff will not be granted leave to proceed as a pauper on any appeal. This is the final Order denying all relief in this case. The Clerk SHALL enter judgment. Signed by District Judge Eli J. Richardson on 5/3/2022. (xc:Pro se party by regular mail. Copy of Order mailed to the custodian of inmate trust accounts at South Central Correctional Facility.)
