ORDER: Accordingly, Sexton's application #4 will be granted, but the Court will defer formally ruling and assessing the appropriate portion of the fee against Sexton until all Plaintiffs have resolved their fee obligations. No further action is required from Sexton at this time. Plaintiffs Carroll, Hobbs, and Brooks' applications to proceed as a pauper cannot be granted at this time. These applications do not include the second page, which has the signature block. To continue pursuing this case, Plaintiffs Carroll, Hobbs, and Brooks MUST do one of two things: either (1) pay $100.50 in one lump sum (one-fourth of the filing cost for a prisoner who is not granted pauper status); or (2) submit a signed and properly completed application to proceed as a pauper. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send a blank application to proceed as a pauper (short form) to Carroll, Hobbs, and Brooks.
