Filing 6 ORDER: Marcus Collier, an inmate at the Davidson County Sheriff's Office in Nashville, Tennessee, filed this pro se civil rights case under 42 U.S.C. 1983 and an application to proceed as a pauper (also known as an in forma pauperis application, or "IFP application"). (Doc. No. #2 ). On July 18, 2022, the Court granted Plaintiff 30 days to submit the required trust account statement. (Doc. No. #4 ). In response, Plaintiff submitted a second IFP application (Doc. No. #5 ), but just like his first IFP application, it is not accompanied by the required trust account statement. Therefore, Plaintiff still has not resolved the filing fee, and he MUST follow the instructions below for this case to proceed. For this case to proceed, Plaintiff MUST either pay the full $402.00 filing fee in one lump sum or submit a certified copy of his trust account statement. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff a blank copy of this district's form titled "Certificate of Prisoner Institutional/Trust Fund Account."
