ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Mykah Calvin Simon, an inmate at the Bedford County Jail in Shelbyville, Tennessee, filed a pro se civil rights complaint. (Doc. No. #1 ). He has not resolved the filing fee. As explained below, venue is not proper in this judicial district, so this case will be transferred to the Eastern District of Tennessee. The matter of the filing fee is reserved for the Eastern District. When a case is filed in the "wrong division or district," the Court may transfer it "to any district or division in which it could have been brought" if it is "in the interest of justice" to do so. 28 U.S.C. 1406(a). Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to TRANSFER this case to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, Winchester Division at Winchester. 28 U.S.C. 123(a)(4).
