Plaintiff is a "three-striker" who may proceed as a pauper only if he is in "imminent danger of serious physical injury." 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). In the case at bar, Plaintiff claims damages from the trauma inflicted upon him by Stewart County officials both prior to and during his time in custody at the Stewart County Detention Centerwhich appears to have ended in October of 2020. The Court therefore finds that Section 1915(g) precludes the granting of pauper status in this case. Plaintiff must prepay the full filing fee if this action is to proceed. His IFP application (Doc.
