ORDER: Plaintiff has submitted a Motion in Support of Claims (Doc. No. #5 ), a Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. No. #7 ), and a "Motion 'in Suggestion'" (Doc. No. #8 ). Given Plaintiff's most recent filing, the Court construes his Motion (Doc. No. #8 ) as a Motion for an Extension of Time to comply with the Court's prior Order and GRANTS the Motion. Plaintiff's new deadline for submitting the required certified inmate trust fund account statement is 30 days from the date this Order is entered. Plaintiff may request an extension of time to comply with this Order if he requests an extension in writing within 30 days of the date of entry of this Order.
