Filing 7 ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Shawn Andrea Roberson Sims filed a Complaint against Experian, Equifax, and Transunion (Doc. No. #1 ) and submitted an unsigned in forma pauperis application (Doc. No. #2 ). Because a pro se adult litigant must personally sign the sworn in forma pauperis affidavit, Fed. R. Civ. P. 11(a), the Court ordered Sims to, within thirty days, either submit a signed application or pay the full filing fee. (Doc. No. #5 ). The Court warned Sims that failure to comply or request an extension by the deadline would result in dismissal. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
