Filing 5 ORDER: Because it fails to meet the requirements of Section 1915(a), the plaintiff's IFP application (Doc. No. #2 ) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to the filing of a new, properly supported application. With the case in this early posture, having not yet been subjected to initial screening under the Prison Litigation Reform Act, the motion for appointment of counsel (Doc. No. #3 ) is also DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to renewal if warranted by future proceedings. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to mail the plaintiff a blank IFP application (short form). The plaintiff's payment or supported application must be received in this court within 30 DAYS of the date this order is entered on the docket and must include the docket number assigned to this case: No. 3:22-cv-00963.
