ORDER: This matter is now before the Court upon Wells Fargo's Motion for a More Definite Statement. Docket No. #6 . Wells Fargo has also filed a Supporting Memorandum. Docket No. #6 -1. Mr. Greer has not responded to the Motion. For the reasons set forth below, Wells Fargo's Motion (Docket No. #6 ) is GRANTED. No later than February 23, 2023, Mr. Greer must file a more definite statement. Mr. Greer must file a document titled "Amended Complaint" that alleges more factual matter in support of his claim and satisfies the pleading standards set forth in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and a line of federal cases that includes Ashcroft v.
