ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Jared Alan Norrod, an inmate at Whiteville Correctional Facility (WCFA) in Whiteville, Tennessee, filed a pro se civil rights complaint. He has not resolved the filing fee. When a case is filed in the "wrong division or district," the Court may transfer it "to any district or division in which it could have been brought" if it is "in the interest of justice" to do so. 28 U.S.C. 1406(a). Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to TRANSFER this case to the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, Eastern Division. 28 U.S.C. 123(c)(1).
