ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Plaintiff is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why the Court has federal subject-matter jurisdiction over the Complaint. Plaintiff MUST respond by submitting an Amended Complaint within 30 DAYS of the date this Order is entered on the docket. The in forma pauperis application (Doc. No. #3 ) is GRANTED. The Motions (Doc. No. #2 , #8 ) are DENIED AS MOOT and do not relieve Plaintiff of the duty to respond to this Order. Plaintiff has filed a "Request to Take Judicial Notice," in which he makes cryptic allegations concerning the California courts, the Tennessee courts, and professional basketball player Kyrie Irving.
