March 27, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: Ronald Satish Emrit, a Florida resident, has filed a Complaint against the University of Miami School of Law, the Dean thereof, and the President of the University of Miami. Plaintiff also submitted an in forma pauperis application that sufficiently demonstrates he cannot pay the full civil filing fee in advance "without undue hardship." The application (Doc.
