Filing 7 ORDER: Plaintiff lacks sufficient financial resources from which to pay the full filing fee in advance. Therefore, his Application (Doc. No. #2 ) is GRANTED. Accordingly, Plaintiff is hereby assessed the full $350 filing fee, to be paid as follows. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED send a copy of this Order to the administrator of inmate trust fund accounts at the Bledsoe County Correctional Complex. Having screened the complaint pursuant to the PRLA, the Court finds that the complaint fails to state Section 1983 claims upon which relief can be granted against the Sumner County Sheriff's Office. Those claims are DISMISSED. As to Plaintiff's remaining Section 1983 claims (conditions of confinement and deliberate indifference to serious medical needs) against Jerry Scott and other as-yet identified individuals, Plaintiff shall be permitted to amend his complaint, if he so desires, to more clearly set forth his Eighth Amendment allegations.
