ORDER: The parties shall exchange initial disclosures by July 7, 2023. Counsel agree that Defendant Amguard Insurance Company may conduct further inspection of the subject property. If the motion to compel appraisal is granted, Plaintiff intends to move to stay the litigation while the appraisal process proceeds. If a stay is granted, Plaintiff's counsel shall move to set a case management conference no later than 14 days after the appraisal process concludes. If the motion to compel appraisal is denied, or if no stay is granted, Plaintiff's counsel shall move to set a case management conference no later than 7 days after the Court's order.
