Filing 7 ORDER: Gregory Arnie Hanserd, an inmate at the Dickson County Jail, filed a pro se civil rights complaint. The Court directed Plaintiff to either pay the filing fee or submit an application to proceed as a pauper (also called an in forma pauperis application, or "IFP application"). (Doc. No. #3 ). Plaintiff responded by filing a motion for an extension of time to comply with this direction (Doc. No. #5 ) and an incomplete IFP application. (Doc. No. [6)]. Plaintiff's IFP application (Doc. No. #6 ) is not accompanied by this required documentation, so it is DENIED without prejudice. Plaintiff's motion for an extension of time (Doc. No. #5 ), however, is GRANTED.
