ORDER: Teonnia Sykes filed a pro se Complaint against the Tennessee Housing Development Authority ("THDA") and an in forma pauperis application that demonstrates she cannot pay the full civil filing fee in advance without "undue hardship." Foster v. Cuyahoga Dep't of Health and Human Servs., 21 F. App'x 239, 240 (6th Cir. 2001). The application (Doc. No. #2 ) is GRANTED. To proceed, Sykes MUST submit an Amended Complaint that provides an adequate legal basis for her claims and additional factual allegations sufficient to demonstrate a plausible, non-speculative right to right to relief thereupon. The Clerk SHALL mail Sykes a blank Complaint for a Civil Case (Pro Se 1) and Complaint for Violation of Civil Rights (Pro Se 15). Sykes should use the one pleading most applicable to her claims.
