The Clerk of Court is directed to enter Judgment in Plaintiff's favor under Fed. R. Civ.P.58; 3. This matter is REMANDED to the Social Security Administration, pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. 405(g), for further consideration consistent with this Order and the parties' stipulation; and 4. ORDER: The Commissioner is ORDERED to file a copy of the certified administrative record and an answer no later than 60 days after issuance of the Notice of Electronic Filing. Soc. Sec. R. 4(a). The certified administrative record may serve as the answer. After the Commissioner has filed an answer and the certified record, the action must be presented for decision by the parties' briefs. The plaintiff is ORDERED to file a motion for judgment on the administrative record and an accompanying memorandum in support of the motion no later than thirty days after the certified administrative record and/or answer are filed. The Commissioner shall file a responsive brief no later than thirty days after service of the plaintiff's motion.
