MEMORANDUM OPINION OF THE COURT: On October 2, 2023, Plaintiff filed a motion for a temporary restraining against Defendants. (Doc. No. #11 , "Motion"). This Motion purported to correct the flaws that led the Court to deny her previous motion for a preliminary injunction (Doc.
