Filing 5 RECEIPT #300001432 in the amount of $402.00 posted by David Wayne Felts re #1 Complaint. (ad) |
Filing 4 ORDER: David Felts, an inmate of the Riverbend Maximum Security Institution, has filed a pro se civil rights complaint (Doc. No. #1 ) and an application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). (Doc. No. #2 .) The plaintiff's IFP application includes a financial affidavit and Inmate Trust Fund Account Certificate confirming that he currently has $2,011.87 in his trust account, with an average balance of $2,289.02 during the past six months. Based on this evidence, the Court finds that the plaintiff has sufficient financial resources to pay the full filing fee in advance. Accordingly, his IFP application (Doc. No. 2) is DENIED. If the plaintiff wishes to proceed with this lawsuit, he MUST pay the full $402 filing fee within 30 DAYS of the entry of this order. Signed by District Judge Aleta A. Trauger on 10/23/23.
