ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Pending before the Court are Plaintiffs' two notices of voluntary dismissal. (Doc. Nos. #9 , #10 ). Through the first notice of dismissal, (Doc. No. #9 ), Plaintiffs seek dismissal of their claims against Defendant Benjamin Powell without prejudice. Through the second notice of dismissal, (Doc. No. #10 ), Plaintiffs state that they have resolved all claims and causes of action against Defendants Fable Lounge, LLC; John Dibble; Christopher Bullinger; and Nicholas Bullinger and seek dismissal of this action against them with prejudice.
