Filing 4 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Accordingly, the Court declines to order resolution of the conflict inherent in the (corporate) Plaintiff's filing of pleadings signed by a non-lawyer because, regardless of how that conflict might be resolved, subject-matter jurisdiction over this action is lacking. "If the court determines at any time that it lacks subject-matter jurisdiction, the court must dismiss the action." Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(h)(3). Therefore, pursuant to Rule 12(h)(3), this action is DISMISSED for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction and the IFP application (Doc. No. #2 ) is DENIED as moot.
