ORDER: Plaintiff's IFP application #2 is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to the filing of a new, properly supported application. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to mail Plaintiff a blank IFP application (Form AO 240). Because this case has not yet been properly filed or subjected to initial review under the Prison Litigation Reform Act, Plaintiff's recently filed Motion for Appointment of Counsel #6 is premature and is therefore DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to renewal, if appropriate, after the case has progressed beyond this initial stage.
