ORDER DISMISSING CASE: The parties' Joint Motion to Remand (Doc. No. #7 ) is GRANTED. Pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. 405(g), the final decision is REVERSED, and Plaintiff's claims are REMANDED to the Commissioner for further administrative proceedings consistent with the parties' joint motion.
