ORDER: Ronald Curry, a state inmate in custody at the Trousdale Turner Correctional Center in Hartsville, Tennessee, has filed a pro se petition for the writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2254. (Doc. Nos. #1 , #2 .) He has not paid the filing fee or filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). One or the other is required for this action to proceed. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Petitioner a blank IFP application form (Form AO 240). Petitioner's submission of either the filing fee or IFP application must be RECEIVED in this Court within 30 DAYS of the date this Order is entered on the docket and must include the docket number assigned to this case, No. 3:23-cv-01305.
