ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING CASE/ORDER STAYING CASE: Before the Court are Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. No. #11 ), and the Parties' Joint Motion to Administratively Stay Case Pending Ruling in Sixth Circuit Appeal (Doc. No. #13 ). Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. No. #11 ) is GRANTED. Because the motion is unopposed, the Court makes no findings at this time as to Plaintiff's likelihood of success on the merits of the claims. The motion to administratively stay the case pending the Sixth Circuit's decision in Does #1-9 v. Lee (Doc. No. #13 ) is also GRANTED and this case will be administratively stayed following the entry of this Order. This case is STAYED and ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED pending further order of the Court. Within thirty (30) days of the Six Circuit's decision in Does #1-9 v.
