ORDER: Kevin Baker, Marlon Thackston, and Caleb Carter, all inmates of the Sumner County Jail in Gallatin, Tennessee, filed this pro se action. If Thackston and Carter wish to be considered plaintiffs in this case going forward, each of them MUST sign and return the complaint to the Court within 30 days. The Clerk is DIRECTED to mail a copy of the complaint to both Thackston and Carter. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Thackston and Carter each a blank application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis for prisoners. Baker's Application for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis #2 is incomplete. Baker MUST submit the required certified statement within 30 days. The Court notes that, on the first page of the complaint, there is a handwritten note. If Thackston wishes to amend his complaint, he must file an amended complaint in that (3:23-cv-01161) case.
