Filing 4 ORDER: Robert Moore, an inmate of the Turney Center Industrial Complex, has filed a pro se civil rights complaint (Doc. No. #1 ) and an application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). (Doc. No. #2 .) Plaintiff has received a sizeable deposit to his trust account, in amounts ranging between $1,109.33 and $1,904.65, once a month for the 7-month span of time covered in the transaction history. Based on this evidence, the Court finds that Plaintiff has sufficient financial resources to pay the full filing fee in advance. Accordingly, his IFP application (Doc. No. #2 ) is DENIED. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed with this lawsuit, he MUST pay the full $405 filing fee within 30 DAYS of the entry of this Order. Signed by District Judge Eli J. Richardson on 1/29/2024.
