Filing 5 ORDER REFERRING CASE: Pro se Plaintiff Shawn Andrea Sims, a resident of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, filed this complaint against Navy Federal Credit Union, alleging claims under federal and state law arising out of a loan transaction that occurred on January 26, 2022. The Clerk therefore is DIRECTED to file the complaint in forma pauperis. This action is REFERRED to the Magistrate Judge to oversee service of process, to enter a scheduling order for the management of the case. Signed by Chief Judge Waverly D. Crenshaw, Jr on 1/30/2024.
