January 30, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER REFERRING CASE: Pro se Plaintiff Shawn Andrea Sims, a resident of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, filed this complaint against Navy Federal Credit Union, alleging claims under federal and state law arising out of a loan transaction that occurred on January 26, 2022. (Doc. No. #1 ). Plaintiff attempted to rescind the transaction by certified mail on June 10, 2022. (Id. at 1). Plaintiff also submitted an Application for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis ("Application"). (Doc. No. #2 ). Because his Application reflects that he lacks sufficient financial resources to pay the full filing fee in advance without undue hardship, the IFP Application (Doc. No. #2 ) is GRANTED. The Clerk therefore is DIRECTED to file the complaint in forma pauperis.
