ORDER: Plaintiff Job Kipkoech has filed a pro se Complaint and Request for Injunction (Doc. No. #2 ) and has paid the filing fee. (Doc. No. #4 .) However, Plaintiff failed to sign his Complaint as required by Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Accordingly, rather than require Plaintiff to sign the original Complaint and motion to amend, the Court DIRECTS the Clerk to provide Plaintiff with a 1983 complaint form (Pro Se Form 15) and a copy of his original Complaint and attachments (Doc. Nos. 1 and 1-1) for his reference. In light of the foregoing, Plaintiff's motion to amend (Doc. No. #3 ) is DENIED as moot. Signed by District Judge William L. Campbell, Jr on 02/12/24.
