February 2, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 17 ORDER: Plaintiff's #13 Unopposed Motion for Preliminary Injunction is GRANTED. Because the motion is unopposed, the Court makes no findings at this time as to Plaintiff's likelihood of success on the merits of his claims. The motion to administratively stay the case pending the Sixth Circuits decision in Does #1-9 v. Lee (Doc. No. #14 ) is also GRANTED. This case is STAYED and ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED pending further order of the Court. Within fourteen (14) days of the Six Circuit's decision in Does #1-9 v. Lee, Case No. No. 23-5248, the Parties shall notify the Court of the decision and request the Court lift the stay and reopen the case. Defendant shall file a response to Plaintiffs' Motion to Proceed Under Pseudonym and for Protective Order (Doc. No. #2 ) within fourteen (14) days of the reopening of the case.
