ORDER: The Court DENIES the IFP Application WITHOUT PREJUDICE (Doc. No. #2 ). However, the Court will allow Plaintiff an opportunity to submit an amended application. Accordingly, the Clerk is DIRECTED to mail Plaintiff a blank long form IFP application. Plaintiff, in turn, is DIRECTED to complete all sections of the form and return it no later than 30 days after entry of this Order. Rather than seek pauper status, Plaintiff may submit the full civil filing fee of $405 by the same deadline. This fee consists of a $350 filing fee and a $55 administrative fee.
