March 20, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER: After the Court ordered Plaintiff Phelix Hicks to resolve the filing fee, Hicks filed a motion for extension of time that also included a notification of change of address (Doc. No. #6 ). The requested extension of time (to comply with the Court's Order of March 8, 2024) will not prejudice Defendants and is therefore GRANTED. Hicks must comply with the Court's March 8 Order within 30 DAYS of the date this Order is entered on the docket. The Clerk of Court SHALL ensure modification of the docket to reflect Hicks's new address and mail Hicks a blank in forma pauperis application for prisoners (AO 240). Signed by District Judge Eli J.
