It is unclear whether Plaintiff received the Court's prior Order prior to mailing his Notice. Taking into account Plaintiff's pro se status, the Court construes Plaintiff's Notice as also requesting an extension of time to comply with the Court's January 31, 2024 Order, which the Court hereby GRANTS.
