Filing 5 ORDER: For the Court to consider the application, Coleman-Green MUST submit the required certified trust account statement. Second, Coleman-Green's two complaints violate Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 3. The Court cannot discern which Complaint Coleman-Green intends to utilize (and thus identify the precise Defendants to this action). Accordingly, Coleman-Green MUST submit one consolidated Amended Complaint that contains all of his claims and factual allegations sufficient to demonstrate a plausible right to relief. The Court must receive Coleman-Green's submissions within 30 DAYS of the date this Order is entered on the docket. Failure to comply orrequest an extension by the deadline may result in dismissal.
