ORDER: Mitchell Darnell Eads, an inmate at the Whiteville Correctional Facility, filed a pro se civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. 1983 (Doc. No. #1 ) and submitted an in forma pauperis application (Doc. No. #2 ). Here, Plaintiff has submitted a trust account statement for the period 12/8/22-3/14/23. Thus, the submission does not provide information about the preceding nine months.
